Roast: Light Medium Roast
Tasting Notes: Soft fruit & citrus tones, caramel, honey. Medium body
From the heart of the famous Tarrazu highlands region of Costa Rica comes this beautiful coffee sourced from Santa Elena Estate. This "honey processed" coffee produces a naturally sweet and balanced cup, roasted light medium to highlight the soft fruit tones, especially when brewed as a pour over.
Santa Elena was one of the first estates in Cost Rica to take a holistic approach to sustainability, utilizing a closed-loop fertilizing system that composts discarded coffee pulp. This estate produces excellent coffee year over year and this new crop is a crowd pleaser!
Try this one as a pour over.
