From the heart of the famous Tarrazu highlands region of Costa Rica comes this beautiful coffee sourced from Santa Elena Estate. This "honey processed" coffee produces a naturally sweet and balanced cup, roasted light medium to highlight the soft fruit tones, especially when brewed as a pour over.
Santa Elena was one of the first estates in Cost Rica to take a holistic approach to sustainability, utilizing a closed-loop fertilizing system that composts discarded coffee pulp. This estate produces excellent coffee year over year and this new crop is a crowd pleaser!
